We are now using organic Maine raw milk in all of our baked goods!
All of the meat we serve is humanely raised in Maine and is either organic or natural.
We use local organic meat, dairy, produce and grain from Mandala Farm in Gouldsboro, Tide Mill Organic Farm in Edmunds, Aurora Mills and Beech Hill Farm in Mt. Desert, Sonnental Farm in Smyrna, Leaning Apple Farm in Hancock and shrimp from MDI.

all of our baked goods are hand-made entirely from scratch with wholesome ingredients. We offer a wide variety of goods from laboriously folded croissants and gorgeous morning pastries to wholesome soups, hearth baked breads and delicious pies and cakes. We are always trying new recipes and enjoying our creations as much as we hope you do! We are open everyday till 7pm, so stop in and see what’s hot out of the oven!
