CAKES FOR ALL OCCASIONS

ALMOND-APRICOT Almond cake layered with Almond mousse & apricot preserves. Finished with vanilla buttercream & almond flowers.

BETTER THAN VANILLA  Enriched with white chocolate &  
covered in buttercream flavored with lemon, vanilla & almond. This cake can be filled with the above buttercream or lemon mousse, raspberry preserves & framboise buttercream, or almond mousse.

BOSTON CREAM PIE  Classic moist vanilla butter cake layered with pastry cream and rum syrup, topped with chocolate glaze.

CARAMEL Decadent & smooth, can be paired with chocolate or white chocolate cake. Covered in vanilla buttercream & piped lily of the valley.

CARROT Traditional, lightly spiced & finished with cream cheese frosting and walnuts.

CHOCOLATE  Try it with peanut butter frosting, spiced cream cheese frosting or our sour cream frosting.

CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY Two layers of chocolate cake layered with framboise buttercream and raspberry preserves, glazed and piped with bittersweet chocolate ganache, topped with raspberry sauce.

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE Two layers of moist chocolate cake filled with dark chocolate ganache. Coated with milk chocolate buttercream and finished with bittersweet chocolate piping.

RED VELVET Classic southern style red velvet cake with a light cocoa flavor, paired with cream cheese frosting, topped with red sprinkles.

GERMAN CHOCOLATE Chocolate cake filled and piped with coconut-pecan frosting, topped with ganache.

LEMON Choose from four styles:
LEMON - lemon cake, lemon mousse filling, finished with vanilla buttercream & topped with lemon curd.
LEMON LAVENDER - lemon & lavender flower cake, lemon mousse filling, finished with lavender buttercream & piped flowers.
LEMON RASPBERRY - lemon cake, filled with framboise
buttercream & raspberry preserves, finished with vanilla buttercream & topped with raspberry sauce.
LEMON MERINGUE - four layers of lemon cake alternating with lemon curd filling, finished with mirengue and toasted to perfection.

MOCHA Two layers of chocolate cake filled with espresso ganache, glazed with mocha buttercream and finished with kahlua piping, dotted with chocolate covered espresso beans.

VANILLA Two layers of delicate white cake, flavored with real vanilla, filled and piped with vanilla buttercream. Try it filled and frosted with chocolate buttercream for a classic combination.

Morning Glory's cakes are unsurpassed. I recently had a special occasion cake made, and it was absolutely sublime. It's not easy to find a cake that tastes as incredible as it looks; but Morning Glory does it. I know I'll never want any other cake, for any occasion. I'll always come back to Morning Glory.
