WEDDING CAKES
We specialize in making delicious wedding cakes with abundant fresh flowers. Made entirely from scratch we use fresh citrus, pure extracts and fine chocolate. We make cakes of all flavors and sizes. We do not use fondant, so every bit of the cake is a pleasure to eat.

ALMOND-APRICOT Almond cake layered with almond mousse and apricot preserves. Finished with white chocolate buttercream.
BETTER THAN VANILLA This cake is enriched with white chocolate and covered in buttercream flavored with lemon, vanilla and almond. Can be filled with raspberry preserves and framboise buttercream, almond mousse or lemon mousse.
FRESH BERRY Choose from layers of chocolate or vanilla cake, filled with chocolate truffle and crushed berries. Topped with vanilla buttercream and finished with more fresh berries.
COCONUT A refreshingly light cake combined with lime cream mousse filling and finished with toasted coconut.
CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY Two layers of chocolate cake combined with chocolate buttercream and raspberry preserves, glazed and piped with bittersweet chocolate ganache.
DOUBLE CHOCOLATE Moist chocolate cake filled with dark chocolate ganache.. Coated with milk chocolate buttercream and finished with bittersweet chocolate piping.
GERMAN CHOCOLATE Chocolate cake filled and piped with coconut-pecan frosting and topped with dark chocolate ganache.
HARVEST CAKE Two Layers of carrot-ginger cake filled with beet mousse and frosted with parsnip cream cheese frosting. Made with organic wheat and white flour, sweetened with honey.
LEMON LAVENDER Two layers of moist lemon lavender cake filled with lemon cream mousse, covered in lavender buttercream.
VERY LEMON lemon at it's best: Lemon cake with a lemon cream filling. Topped with lemon curd and sided with lemon buttercream, this cake is two-toned and beautiful!
MOCHA Two layers of chocolate cake filled with espresso ganache, glazed with mocha buttercream and finished with kahlua buttercream and chocolate covered espresso beans
HONEY ROSE sweetened with honey instead of sugar, and glazed with honey buttercream, this cake is wonderfully aromatic. A touch of rose water finishes the subtle flavors of this cake
VANILLA Two layers of delicate white cake, flavored with real vanilla extract, filled and piped vanilla buttercream
