WEDDING CAKES
We specialize in making delicious wedding cakes with abundant fresh flowers. Made entirely from scratch we use fresh citrus, pure extracts and fine chocolate. We make cakes of all flavors and sizes. We do not use fondant, so every bit of the cake is a pleasure to eat.

ALMOND-APRICOT Almond cake layered with almond mousse and apricot preserves. Finished with white chocolate buttercream.
BETTER THAN VANILLA This cake is enriched with white chocolate and covered in buttercream flavored with lemon, vanilla and almond. Can be filled with raspberry preserves and framboise buttercream, almond mousse or lemon mousse.
FRESH BERRY Choose from layers of chocolate filled with chocolate truffle and crushed berries or vanilla cake filled with whipped cream frosting and fresh berries, both topped with vanilla buttercream and finished with more fresh berries.
COCONUT A refreshingly light cake combined with lime cream mousse filling and finished with vanilla buttercream
CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY Two layers of chocolate cake combined with chocolate buttercream and raspberry preserves, glazed and piped with vanilla buttercream
LEMON Two layers of moist lemon cake filled with either lemon cream mousse or raspberry preserves and framboise buttercream. Or try it with lemon-lavender cake filled with lemon mousse and covered in lavender buttercream.
VANILLA Two layers of delicate white cake, flavored with real vanilla extract, filled and piped vanilla buttercream.
FRESH FRUIT TART (in season only)
Elegant and summer-sweet. Choose from lemon curd, amaretto or vanilla pastry cream or chocolate ganache filling - loaded with fresh fruit, glazed with apricot syrup.
LINZER TORTE A classic flavor combination, almond and raspberry with hints of lemon and clove. This rustic torte is filled with raspberry and topped with an almond lattice crust
